For Staff

Are you interested in Volunteering? Are you looking to share your knowledge and make a difference to the lives of young individuals? Joining our staff team will allow you to do just that. As a staff member, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide cadets, helping them grow and succeed.

If you have experience in drill, shooting, sailing, or fieldcraft, or if you have previously served in the armed forces, your expertise will be valued and utilized to create an enriching experience for our cadets. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other passionate staff members. No prior experience? No problem, we can help with that. You will be surprised with what skills you could offer.
